Free/Busy Information Not Displaying in Meeting Planner

I have an issue with the Free/Busy information from Outlook, and none of the
fixes listed in these forums has corrected it. Here are my details.

My version: Outlook 2003 SP2 & Outlook Web Access
Server: Exchange 2000
Issue: Approximately 2 months ago, my free/busy information (bold dates)
began "disappearing" from the small at-a-glance calendar in the upper left
corner of Outlook 2003 (it still shows up in Outlook Web Access). Shortly
after that, I began noticing that my free/busy information was not appearing
when I tried to schedule a Meeting in either Outlook 2003 or Outlook Web
Access.

Attempted Solutions: /cleanfreebusy, /cleanreminders, /firstrun

Other software installed in last 60 days: Plaxo

I would suggest you try using the ".../cleanviews" switch first.

/CleanViews Restores default views. All custom views you created are
lost.

I will also include some information that may help you to understand
a little more about some of the files used by Outlook.

A simple reinstall does not clean these files up. Outlook needs to be
closed to delete any of these. These files will be recreated when you
log back on to Outlook.

If the CleanViews switch doesn't work:

Search your hard drive for Views.dat and delete it. (This file holds
your customized system folder views settings)

.. Outcmd.dat and delete it. (This file holds your customized toolbar
settings)
...Views.dat and delete it. (This file holds your customized system folder
views settings)
...extend.dat and delete it. (this file holds your Installed add-ins
information)
...Outlook.xml (This file includes Shortcuts, Calendar, and Contact
links.)
... The navigation pane settings are profile-specific and are stored in
an .xml file with the profile name, in the Application Data\Outlook
folder.

To clear all navigation pane customizations, start Outlook once with the
/resetnavpane switch.

Some of the folders might be hidden folders. To view them, do one of the
following:

Windows XP

1.. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
2.. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, click the View tab, and then
click the Show hidden files and folder option.
Windows 2000

1.. Double-click My Computer on your desktop.
2.. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, click the View tab, and then
click the Show hidden files and folder option.

Nikki,

I used the switches you recommended and delted all of the files you
recommended. It did change the look of Outlook, but my scheduled appointments
still do not show up in the Meeting Planner or the small preview
calendar--with ONE exception: I have two recurring appointments every other
Tuesday. These both show up in both locations at all times.

Perhaps a little more about the situation:
1.) If I schedule an appointment and then go directly to the small preview
calendar, it shows up as a bold number. However, as soon as I close and
restart Outlook, it is gone again.

2.) If I go to the Tools>Send/Receive>Free/Busy Information, the "Free/Busy
Information" option is grayed out.

Sorry, another recent thing I've noticed....

My recurring appointments every Tuesday were showing up in both the small
calendar and in my Meeting Planner. I just added a new recurring appoinment
and it shows up as a bold date and in my Meeting Planner BUT the Tuesday
appointments no longer show up.
