free busy information not available in outlook 2007

Hello,

When using outlook 2007, I'm unable to view a user calendar schedule.
error: "free busy information not available"
I'm able to view it in outlook 2003 w/o any issues.
Is there a setting in outlook 2007 that I need to configure for this to work?

what version of exchange is on the backend? Are you using a pst or mailbox
for delivery location?

thanks for your reply. we're using exchange 2007 sp1 with a mailbox for
delivery location.
