Replying or Forwarding messages Font

Can I set different font size when replying or forwarding messages Font?
Seems it can only set different font for Asian test font and Font, not for
the font style and size.
Tools - Option - Mail Format - Stationery and Fonts - Replying or frowarding
messages Fonts - Asian test font / Fonts

Can anybody help?
Is it possible to set different font STYLE and SIZE when replying or
forwarding messages?
Seems it can only set different FONT for Asian text font and Font, not for
the FONT STYLE and SIZE.

Hope I have made myself clear for my questions.

CAN any expert help? I am using Outlook 2007.
