replying email in outlook

Hi there,

I'm working as a network administrator in my company, I've encountered some
strange problems I was hoping there are someone who can help me.

Some people in my company are set up to have permissions to different
folders and accounts in their outlook 2003. However she can view and read all
the emails sent to her accounts, however she just could not reply to any of
those. She can send mail out just fine though.

I've checked her permission in her outlook and she has "owner" to all those
folder.

This has been buffling me for a while really could use some help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Edwin,

Can you give some more details.

1. whther you are using POP3 configuration or exchange configuration?

if you are using pop3 configuration check whether LDAP is configured properly.

2. Can you forward the mails?

3. Is this happening for all mails or any perticular mails.

Hi

Thanks for replying. Here are more information that you needed. I only
recently taken over the network (2 days ago actually) so there is a whole lot
of information that I am not too sure of.

1) We are using exchange server.

2) the person that is affected cannot reply nor forward her mails.

3) It happens to all her received mails from serveral different folder/
accounts.

Hi Ben,

She gets a error message about permission. But she is set as the owner of
the folders.
