Reply message format

When I insert copy into the original message for a reply, it automatically
double-spaces. Can I stop this?

My co-worker and I like to type up an email and then send to the other to
capture more comments and then send to others. It is time consuming to retype
the entire email so as to delete the double-spacing.

Any help would be appreciatied.
 
This is an Access newsgroup. Typing an email is typically not done in
Access.

Please post your question to a newsgroup related to your email software
(Outlook? Outlook Express?)
