reply emails go to a different email

I received an email from a customer saying that when they reply to my email
it puts a different email address in the To address. Why is this happening?
I'm not receiving replied emails since it's going to another email.

Please advise.

Perhaps you have specified a Reply address and do not recall. Check your
account settings. I'd tell you how, but you've neglected to state any
informaiton, like your Outlook version or account type, so I'll leave it up to
you to discover how.
