Hi,

How do you setup outlook so you can have multiple reply
addresses to choose, from the same email account for
someone who is using exchange 2003?

Is this possible?

Thanks

I'm assuming you want this for answering external mail, because you can't
have more than one Exchange account in a profile. Just add a POP account
for each address you want the recipients to see, specifying your outgoing
SMTP mail server in the account. Disable them in the standard Send/Receive
group so that they are not included in an automatic send/receive. Then,
when you send mail, use the Accounts button to choose the account from which
the mail is to be sent.
