Replication between servers in a domain

I have two servers in a domain that is not replicating with each other.
One one server I have changed the schedule to four times an hour. It
changed the name <automatically generated > to a number that resembles a
SID. The second server still shows <automatically generated> with the
default resplication setting.
When accounts are created it is not being replicated between the
servers and as a result some users are not able to log on.

Hello

clould you give more inf. about how the site(s), ipsubnets, are configured

The setup is actually two sites and four servers on two separate subnets. Two servers on one subnet replicate s well while the servers on the second network does not. The firewall does not block the DC replication .

This occurred after a migration of two networks

So you have

Site1 - 1 Ip Subnet - 2 domain controllers
Site2 - 1 Ip Subnet - 2 domain controllers

does the 4 domaincontrollers bellong to the same domain or do you have
multiple domains (tree,child..)
