Replicate/sync SAM from W2K to server

Hi,

I have a W2K server that is offering a TAPI service to W2K clients. It
will work fine if they are in the same domain but due to reasons beyond
my control, we can't put use AD on the server and have the client join
the domain (clients are already part of the Netware network).

When users login to the Netware account, they also login to the local
computer automatically with the same username and password as the
Netware account.

I have gotten the client to use the TAPI service on the server by
creating user accounts on the client and server using the exact same
username and password.

The problem is the users must change their password every 30 days due
to policy set on Netware. I don't want to manually reset the password
every time the password change for each user.

Is there a way to replicate/sync the SAM of a W2K computer to a W2K
server running in peer to peer network?

Thanks

Nam

Don't think so....sorry. What's the reason you can't install AD?
