Replacement Install Disk?

I've used my installation disk before but now it says it
can't access a certain file because of a problem with the
disk. Is it possible to get a replacement disk from
Microsoft?

Hi

Does the error message say what is wrong with the disk and do you know which file is causing the problem. The disk may just need a cleaning with a soft cloth.
