Bad disk

Something has happened to my XP Pro disk. I had to reformat my HD and the
disk now fails prior to running setup. It copies a bunch of files and then
blue screens.
How do I get a replacement disk? I have a copy but it's not bootable.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Call MS and explain your situation.

Try cleaning the cd with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl),with a clean cloth...

Something has happened to my XP Pro disk.

Before you assume it's bad, see if you can copy the entire
contents on another system.

You didn't say why you had to reformat the HDD, but it
may be for the same reason that you cannot reliably read
the CD?
