Replace IE 7 with IE 6

Since I was prompted to install IE 7 by Microsoft to replace IE 6 I have had
nothing but problems with computer freeze up. How do I get back to IE 6.

Add/Remove Programs - uninstall IE7.

There are a huge number of posts so it would be smart to start by going
to Google Groups Advanced Search. Use a search term that describes your
problem, constrain the search to the IE7 newsgroup and the date to very
recently. You can also check MVP Sandi Hardmeier's canonical IE7 site.
Sandi has workarounds, known issues, troubleshooting, and links. This
may be the only site you need.

Go to start run type restore theclick on the restore and search for the date
you installed version 7 and restore to that point. You will be back to 6 when
it finishes.

My IE7 is fine but NO IMAGE TOOLBAR (by minisoft's design) bwaaaaaaaaaaa

System Restore should not be used as the main and first means to remove a
software install. Remove the software using it's own uninstall utility or
the entry in Add/Remove programs. Then if needed do a system restore. SR
does not monitor all files so some installed files might not be removed.
