2 Months in a row now when ie 7 updates come after installing ie 7 does not
work. it says navand ieframe.dll do not run , cancel. this month it was
kb933 566 last month i think it was kb 931768. both times the only way to get
ie back was to completly uninstall 7 and go back to ie6, then install the
same updates for 6 , then reinstall 7. last month it worked this month when i
reinstall 7 it updates again and stops working. i had to uninstall the
kb933566 and keep it from reinstalling!!!!! what gives with ie 7 and it's
updates. do i have to go back to 6 and stay there?? is anyone else having
this problem/

The "File Download – Security Warning" dialog box opens when you try to open
Internet Explorer 7:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937409

The default location in WinXP is typically C:\Documents and
Settings\[Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. Change the
location of your TIF folder back to the default*, reinstall 931768 if you've
uninstalled it, and all should be well.

*Some have observed that changing the location to any other location
corrects the problem, which suggests that the real cause of the behavior is
incorrect Permissions.
