Repeating event ID 1000

I keep getting this event on one of my w2k servers about
every 2 hours. "Windows cannot do loopback processing when
the computer is joined to a downlevel domain or is a
member of a workgroup. Loopback processing will be
disabled."

What do I have to do to stop it?

Probably really need to get some more info about this, as it could be things
like policy setting "allow cross forest user...." but Loopback policy
settings are most often used with TS, but don't know anything about your
network. Were user accounts migrated, multiple domains here (is so all 2k
or trusts with nt4 or other forests etc), TS involved here, etc
