account locked

hi,
my account is getting locked again n again.i am added
under a domain and is a roaming user. i am using 2000
professional. i'm getting the following error:
Windows cannot do loopback processing when the computer is
joined to a downlevel domain or is a member of a
workgroup. Loopback processing will be disabled.

any kind of service with an old password

i am using 2000
