Repeating Email in Outlook 2003

I have a specific email that is being resent over and over. I have run
TrendMicro and it has found no viruses. I also accessed my email account
through NeoMail and it is not getting the repeated message - its only showing
up in outlook. So far I've received it 243 times, but only when outlook is
open.

Any ideas???
