I really need your help i have a problem, my motherboard does not functioning well because when i turn on my automatic voltage regulator the fan in my proccesor start without turing on the power botton on my cpu and it can't stop even i press the power botton on my cpu case. and also there is no display like the post and the bios did not appear in my screen. please help me what will i do.
