Removing Virus?

I have a virus in drive C:\System Volume
Information\_restore{BDF64D3B-AB72-49FB-B638-8EF208AC1396}
\RP182\A0042370.dll . Its called 'Trojan Horse
Downloader.Apropo.E'. I turned off my System Restore on
the 19th. And I'm sure I got it before then. I turned it
back on and realized I couldn't restore it. I ran my
virus detector (AVG) and it couldn't find it. I had Avast
and also Norton, and I didn't like either of them. Is
there a way to get rid of this virus?
It still pops up on my screen saying I have this virus.
Is there anyway to stop it from popping up...my AVG
resident Shield finds it everyday...but when I run the
virus program, it is still there.

Turn off system restore
Run your virus scanner, scan the whole PC, let it remove the virus
Only then turn system restore back on.

Try disabling system restore and rebooting. Then re-enable it.
