removing toolbar wallpaper

I installed a program called "EZIESKIN" on my computer and
used it to change the toolbar wallpaper both in my
internet explorer and for all my folders. Now, I've
changed my Internet Explorer wallpaper, but I haven't been
able to figure out how to change the wallpaper for all my
other (system?) folders... I can't figure out how to reset
all the folders not to have the wallpaper. Thanks...

Run the edit on line 216:

Set Toolbar Backgrounds back to Default (216)
