Removing stains etc. from old photos

I have a hp officejet 4100 all-in-one fax,scanner,printer
etc. I would like too know how does one remove water
stain marks etc off old photos, I am very new to this
printer & would appreciate any help whatsoever.

Your printer will not remove the stains, you need an editing program.
