Removing OLD OS

I just did a clean install with WinXp Pro...I was running
Win2000Pro XP Pro doews not upgrade 2000Pro. How do I
remove 2000Pro from computer and and boot startup?
HELP! Thanks

XP Pro certainly does upgrade 2000 Pro. Start > Run > type msconfig > click
the boot.ini tab, then check all boot paths. It's self-explanatory after
that.
 
Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but if you did a clean install, you should at
that time no longer have Win2k on your machine or any data pertaining to it.
In my mind, a "clean install" includes formatting the drive, possibly wiping
it, and installing the new OS from scratch. Is this what you did? If so,
I'm curious how legacies of Win2k would be hanging around.
