Sharing applications with multiple users

I recently upgraded to XPpro from 2000pro. I have set up
4 accounts.

2 administrator
1 guest
2 limited users

Now like I said I upgraded so all the software and files
that were from my 2000pro install are all still there. I
logged on as a limited user and tried to access Word
2000. It started an Install of word 2000. I had already
installed word from the administrator account in 2000pro.

I noticed that most of my programs are doing this same
thing.

How do I resolve this issue and allow all my limited user
accounts to access the software that is already installed?

Thanks in advance.

When a new user runs an office application it will often do that the 1st
time in Office 2000. It's not really installing the entire Office suite
again, just preparing it for that user.

Ok I got that straight thanks. Now I also am having
problems with some games and some other programs not
wanting to start for the user accounts. Do I need to just
reinstall these programs? To test them I made my limited
users administrators and everything worked fine. It seems
that its simply a permissions problem.

Not sure were to go from here.

FYI: I made one of my limited users a 'Power Users' but
still had the problem of runnign some applications
without error.
