You would think it would be as easy as using add/remove programs wouldn't you? - but no thats far too simple for NAV - it invades your processes so much its almost like a virus its trying to protect you from
Use the removal tool from the NAV site HERE and afterwards use CCleaner to get rid of any residual rubbish.
As good as CC is, it will still miss some of Norton's usless files & folders
Once 'un-installed' and let CC clean the registry, run a search ... Sart/Search All Files & Folders ... type in Symantec and just delete any folders/files found ... do the same using Norton as the search.
Don't bother trying to "hand clean" the registry, CC will do as good a job there.
