Removing dead domain controller

Hi Group

I need to know how to remove the dead domin controller
from in under domain comtrollers in active dírectory user
and computers because i want to give the new server the
same name.

i have removed the server using ndtsutil and moved all
the roles it had to another domain controller.

I just can't get ríd of the server..

you need also delete the server from the site and
services on which the server was, delete the servers
lick , connection and subnets.

tried it at the command prompht didn't work.
