Removing and Auto Launch Program

Someone or something has changed the start up on my Windows XP Home in the
past few days. Now after my screen comes on, it automatically opens up My
Computer. I checked on my machine and can't figure out how to stop it. I
check a previous reply by Wanye and reply by anonymous, yet I can't find My
Computer in the start up. I have McAfee Security (all of it) and have used
Ad Aware and Spy Bot. Help!
