Removing all NICs

Is there a way in Windows XP to remove all Network devices from
"network connections"? It appears that the entire TCP/IP stack in
Windows is totally hosed. I keep getting "TCP/IP is not enabled for
this connection" messages every time I try to release/renew the
connections and I've tried 3 different NICs now. I just want to remove
the machine's entire knowledge of TCP/IP and let it redetect devices.
Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
- Coleman

Run this command from the run menu:

This should reset your TCP/IP Stack:

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

If you have Service Pack 2 installed, use the following in additon:

netsh winsock reset catalog
