Removing ALL animations (PowerPoint 2003)

In the new PowerPoint 2003, how does one remove all animations, other than laboriously removing hundreds of them one by one

(This has been a frequent past complaint, I believe.)
 
You can keep all the animations intact while still projecting the slide show
without animations. Select "Slide Show" | "Set Up Show..." menu item, check
"Show without animation" box, click OK. Would this help?
