Weird animations on 2003 ppt in 2007

Hi

I have a powerpoint presentation that was created in 2003 but we are now
running 2007. One of the slides has a bunch of pictures that are supposed to
fly in at the same time but......one of the pictures slides in first, then
the rest of the group flyins including this same picture. I have tried and
tried to find the animation that this controlling this first picture but
cannot find it anywhere.

Any suggestions on how to remove this? I have even tried removing all
animations but this didn't work either.
