Remove Smart Tags from Outlook signature block?

I want to permanently remove Smart Tags (the dotted lines) in my signature
block for all of my Outlook messages/replies without having to do so each
time. However, I don't want to remove Smart Tags, in general. How do I
accomplish this? I use Word as my e-mail editor but nothing I do in Word
regarding this works in my Outlook signature block.
 
Because the signature has already been saved with that information. Either
recreate your signature or edit it out manually.
