spacing in 2007 signature block

When I look at my signature in Outlook before I send it is single spaced.

On the receiving end it is double spaced.

How do I get it to read single space in the inbox?

Either press Shift+enter instead of enter at the end of line as you create the sig or open the sig file in an html editor or note pad and replace the <p> with <br>
