Signature Blocks

Using Outlook 2007. Have established a signature. When setting up the
signature all looks good. When sending emails, the signature block is filled
with what appears to be paragraph spacing that leaves points before and after
each line yet nothing is set that way. I'm using Rich Text as the email
editor. Is there some settings I need to check to see why not sending
signature as formatted?

Are all your recipients also using Outlook? Rich Text can be received
properly only by another Outlook.

All receipients are using Outlook. Text editor of choice was HTML and
thought maybe converting to Rich Text would solve issue. Doesn't. Not sure
if deleting signature and starting over would make a difference or not.

When creating your signature, use Shift-Enter to separate lines. Enter on
its own signals a new paragraph.
