Can someone tell me how to remove the picture that appears
when I shutdown and logon. It's not the same as my screen
saver or desktop image and I cannot find the where to
adjust this setting.

Thanks.

Turn OFF Active Desktop, Set the background to None, then reenable
Active Desktop. For specific instructions, look in Windows 2000 Help for
Personalizing Your Computer and Changing the Desktop.

Thanks, we'll try it.

if it is a picture that someone put on your machine, you
can remove it by right clicking on the desktop go to
active desktop, and uncheck whatever the picture maybe.
e.g show web content or whatever the case maybe!
