Remove Nasty Porn QUICKLY

I downloaded a file from Edonkey2000 that turned out to
be porn. I did not know until I rebooted my system.
First I get a slideshow of gay porn pics, then my media
player plays a porn movie, when I stop the movie my
wallpaper has a nasty porn picture. I tried to delete
the movie off my media player and wallpaper but every
time I reboot it comes right back. HELP! I cant get
this off my computer!

Run Disk Cleanup checking all boxes except "Compress old files"

try removing it from add and remove programs in start,

control panel
