removable storage still after SP4

removable storage still after SP4 does not help the
situation with the tape drive and the operating system
conflicting information. kb327559 suggests appling sp4 for
repair. I thought this would do it.. nope...still no free
media in ntbackup. nothing new after inventory only
flashing.
