If I'm not mistaken, I've read there was a way to right-
click the C drive, and selecting Properties to access
Remote Assistance.

I know you can right-click "My Computer" and choose
Properties that way, but can you do this for individual
drives?

No, you must do this to My Computer... By rightclicking and selecting
properties on the drive letters, you only get to set properties for
that drive.
