Remote Printing

I need to setup remote printing. Setup as follows

West Coast - Static IP (74.xx.xx.xx)
Windows 2000 server (192.168.0.xx)
Small Access File database

East Coast - Static IP (69.xx.xx.xx)
Windows XP professional (192.168.1.xx1)
Brother Multi function laserjet machine (192.168.1.xx2)

Machine on the east coast connects to west coast server, VPN fines.
Open up access file database, make changes but when printing want it
to print to east coast printer (brother multi function), instead of
getting the file emailed and then printing it.

Any help/recommendation will be appreciated.
