remote install printer

Hello,

Does anybody know which permission a user need to create a printer (with
installing new drivers) on a W2K3 SP1 server from a workstation running
Windows XP SP2.
I tried adding the user to the builtin Print Operators and gave the Print
operators full rights on the Print$ share.

anybody?
