See comment from Tom from Maryland.
PC is behind Firewalls, however, I have disabled both Norton Firewall and XP
Pro firewall and still cnnot connect. The access to the network is thru a
linksys wireless router connected to a cable modem. Additionally, I have
noted that all 3 PCs have the same IP address. Is this correct? Should each
PC (connected to the wirelss router pick up a unique IP address or do they
all get their IP address from the router?

So testing over your local LAN works from another PC?

If so then it comes down to a port forwarding issue through your router.
Make sure you using a static LAN IP for the PC you want to reach from a
remote location.

Hi Tom,

The IP Address should be unique.....
If DHCP is enabled on Linksys Router, Login to your PC and go to Wireless
Network Properties and select "Obtain IP Address Automatically". Do the same
thing for remaining machines. Still if this does'nt workout, open command
prompt and type
"ipconfig/release" and press enter and "ipconfig/renew" and press enter.
