Remote desktop

I am needing to connect a mac OS10 system to a winXP system using the RDC
(remote desktop client)......
When connecting a win client with RDC, to enable remote printing, the
printer must be installed at the host...
Im not very 'fluent' in mac....
I will need to have the local printer available (the printer installed on
the mac, which is the remote pc).. If this were a windows client
attaching, I would simply install the printer drivers for the remote
computer onto the host computer...
but how will this work with a mac? if the printer is a mac printer, what is
to install on the windows pc? I cant install the mac printer drivers on a
windows pc can I?..
I am simply ignorant or Mac stuff so any insights would be apreaciated.....

Keep in mind there really is no such thing as a "Mac" printer. Any printer
that will work on a Mac should also work on a Windows machine.

However, with RDC any printer installed on the Mac must be Postscript
capable before the Windows server will be able to utilize it as a shared
printer. If you have a typical inkjet printer attached to the Mac, you will
not be able to share it as a resource to the server.

You can check the RDC Help menu for more on printing and what is required.

Hope this helps! bill
