Remote Desktop Web Connection

I read something about this but without a valid solution...

When I go to my office PC and I call my home pc from
http://pcname.no-ip.org/tsweb when I enter the name (dns registered with
no-ip) or the IP public ip address of my PC at home or I leave blank, I get
either "the specified remote computer could not be found......" or "The
client could not connect to the remote computer. remote connections might not
be enabled...."

Help please

Did you open both TCP Port 80 (IIS) and TCP Port 3389 (RDP) through any
firewall/router your IIS server is behind? You can go to the
http://www.canyouseeme.org site from your home PC and run the test on both
ports as a test. Also note that some ISPs block TCP Port 80 because running
a personal web server on a home residential account is not allowed. You
should also test from another location, ie. a family members home or a
friends house, to make sure your work admins are not blocking TCP Port 3389
outbound. They also may have policies about connecting an untrusted system
(your home PC) to their trusted system.
