Remote Desktop using AOL as ISP

I have a client trying to connect to a 2000 Terminal Server with XP remote desktop connection. The client is using AOL 9.0 thru a modem to connect to the Internet. The person gets the logon screen but it tells her that it cannot log her on and check the password. I reset the password to be blank and it still does not connect.

Stephen,

try using a simple password instead of blank. Some group policies will not
allow connecting to Terminal Services with a blank password.
