Remote Desktop logout automatically

Hi, the server is running win2003 server and with remote
desktop enabled, firewall on and port 3389 open.

When I use another computer on the network to connect with
mstsc.exe (remote desktop client), it first asks for user
name and pw, then I typed in my administrator account and
pw. It seems to work fine at first.. because i can see the
message box saying "logging in..." However, before I can
access the desktop, it automatically logs me out.

All the settings are default on the server, anyone knows
what's wrong?

Disable the NVIDIA display driver service.. This is a known issue...
