Remote Desktop and Beyond

Hi

RDP works well when my end-user PC is in the clear with public IP address
and no firewall blocking my connection request to it. What if the user's PC
in behind a firewall and is using a private IP address? Is there an
alternative?

Thanks.

You can still use Remote Desktop. You simply need to forward/open TCP Port
3389 through the firewall to the private static LAN IP of the Remote Desktop
host PC...
