Remote Desktop Issue

Have a vista desktop and two laptops on the same subnet. Laptop A can RDP to
the vista machine but not Laptop B. Laptop B can be pinged from Laptop A.
Laptop B has allowed remote desktop accessibility, has firewall configured
for remote desktop as well. It is my understanding that no additional ports
need be opened. How can one troubleshoot this?
