Remote computer events

Could somebody tell me how I reach events (all part of records) from remote
computer by program or script? Thanks for your help.

You can always view another computers event log with Computer Magnament.

Start->Run->!type! compmgmt.msc !Enter!

And programmatically. Is it possible? I worked with Excel sheet which
display all part of events (such as date, time, id, source, description)
from remote computers and author did not say me how programm do it.
Thank you for any idea about resolution by programm, I need it to my job.
