MsiInstaller wanting a do over

I have been unable to repair this and it interferes with another program I use.

It tries to re-install the PSDK which is already installed.

Looking for any ideas.

Did you try restoring to a previous save point ?

Going to a previous restore point would before installation of the PSDK.
