Can anyone help with suggestions for the following dilemma?

Clients has WinXP PC at remote site. I have WinXP PC at my office.

Want to run backup on clients PC and transfer the backup data to my PC where
I can burn CD/tape (client wants nothing to do with the backup). Both PCs on
broadband connection bu not sure about static/dynamic IP address at either
end.

Up to 600MB (uncompressed) of data on clients PC.

Been thinking on lines of WinXP backup running automatically on a, say,
weekly schedule. Then probably a VPN connection to transfer the data.

If this is all too hard, I suppose there are the online backup solutions.

Could do, or automatically retrieve the file using FTP.

Or set up with pcAnywhere. If client has dynamic IP, get some free service
such as www.no-ip.com and have it redirect changing IP's. Works great!
That way you can get into client machine and set up file transfer or back up
locally or??
