remote assistance

My remote assistance is saying "your current system
settings prevent you from sending an invitation." PLEASE
HELP!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!

Is Remote Assistance enabled on your PC? Right click on "My Computer", select Properties and tap on
the Remote tab to find out.
