Error Message when attempting remote assistance.

Hello All,
I continually receive the message: "Your current settings prevent you from
sending an invitation" while trying to use remote assistance and desktop.
I've followed all the instructions...any ideas. Mega thanks!

I also have the same proble. My laptop is using XP Pro on a network.
Internet access is through DSL. The other computer is also XP and also has a
DSL internet connection. My firewall is on but I have made exceptions e.g.
UPnP. Any advice will be much appreciated.
