we all know that remote desktop (XP Pro) and Remote Assistance work
on same API. but the first one not allow to share the screen between
the Administrator and user, so when Administrator Logon to client
the local desktop lock up.

I find in: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=300546
that can possible to give Assistance to client without sends the
invitation!
but How?

here it is:

"Note This article describes Remote Assistance situations where the
novice initiates the Remote Assistance session by sending an invitation
to the expert.
==>>On computers that are in the same domain, the expert can offer
Remote Assistance to the novice and bypass the requirement that the
novice sends the invitation to the expert.<<=="

Please note me how to do that?

The Remote Assistance "Offer" functionality only works in a domain or
trusted domain environment. Is that your case?

If so see these links for help...

If not see this page for a procedure you can use in a work group
environment...
